Most business plans for small enterprises are 40 to 50 pages long. They capture the state of the business at the time of writing, then almost immediately begin to go out of date. Most small business owners who have created one will confirm that the document spends most of its life in a filing cabinet. The Edgeware One Page Plan is not like this. It's designed to be blown up to poster size and put on the wall of your workplace so it's in your face. It can be (and should be) consulted every day, and updated and refined as circumstances change—which they constantly do.
To create your Edgeware One Page Plan, you'll use a series of tools, each of which focuses on one or more key elements of your small business. As you work through the tools, you'll transfer key data to the tool template for your One Page Plan. You'll end up with a clear and accessible one-page summary of the state of your business, which you can refer to daily.
Once you've registered and paid for the course, download or print the Build Your Business workbook. Each lesson has some form of written activity and information video to help support your learning. As you complete activities you will be asked to add to an action list. Then you'll be able to complete your strategic One Page Business Plan.
